● At least 2 years experience in Admin.or other related field 　 　 　 　
● Detail and analytical minded 　 　 　 　 　
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Mature, independent, initiatives and self-motivated

● Degree in Admin.management or Logistics related 　 　 　 　 　 　
● Proficient in MS office and excellent computer skills

Key Accountabilities (Areas of the business over which the position is accountable and measures)
　 　
a) Process entrance and admin affair of Managers
b) Stat. Attandance and On-Duty Schedule of all managers
c) Arrange daily itinerary of Distribution Manager and help with work assigned
d) Draw up amanuensis in and out of Distribution Department
e) Arrange Meetings and take minutes
f) As representative of Distribution Department to communicate with departments of company
g) Deal with daily reports and data
