following services annually
1. act as a proxy to keep accounts monthly;
2. act as a proxy to apply for tax return, including value added tax, business tax, income tax,
maintenance cost of flood-control project and personal income tax; issue invoice
3. act as a proxy to define the impose and exemption for Guangzhou office; handle the annual
audit report;
4. act as a proxy to conduct the renewal and modification of code certificate, State Tax
Registration Certificate and Local Tax Registration Certificate for office of foreign enterprises;
