- In charge of the QRQC in his APU

- Be responsible of respecting MPS

- Be responsible for production line layout and display board

- Deploy the 5-axes politics, particularly bring VPS principles into action

- Apply, promote and improve SMED in daily activities

- Organize, implement and improve plans with the supervisors and technicians in different lines, and to ensure the target of Valeo 5000 achievement

- He is the privilege contact with other functions (logistics, quality, etc) to optimize the delivery, cost and the quality of production

- Ensure good social climate in his area and inform to the department of human resource all suggestions for improvement of his domain

- Be responsible for the training for the personnel in his department

- Consolidate the result of APU on regular basis according to the division rules

- Be responsible for the safety in his APU

- Be responsible for scrap cost reduction



Degree in Engineering

Native language: Chinese. Fluent in English, Experience in mass production
