Mission:
Supervises administrative employees to assure that factory and office support services meet the requirements of senior management.
Job Description:
1.Drafts and propose policies for administrative service in the factory, propose office layout;
Coordinates the assignment of office space, computers, furniture, and equipment.Assures that Cleaning service, gardening service in whole factory, Assures that office general service such as coffee and tea, machine repair, building service, catered luncheons, and temporary employment are provided as needed.
2.Maintains inventory of office supplies and interacts with vendors regarding selection, pricing, and delivery of office supplies, equipment, and services.
3.Assure Canteen service including supplier management, canteen committee organization, canteen layout etc.
4.Assure the inventory of uniforms according to hiring plan, and manage the distribution for uniforms, manage cabinets for uniforms and safety shoes for all employees;Provides training orientation regarding office procedures to new employees;
5.Arranges local hotel and transportation service agreements and recommends selection of travel agencies.
Manages company car and drivers if there are; Coordinate transportation requested by other department
Assist on customer receipt and expatriate administration support.
Be responsible to do the shuttle bus management to meet most of the employees’ request.
6.Assure Visa effective for all expatriates and supporters, provide clear guidance for visa formalities to related local employees,Supports staff activities.Lead team to achieve target and tasks.Cost and budget control for administration expense.Responsible for EHS management in the team.
7.From general affairs side, provide “well being” to employees including organize yearly travel and yearly party and other activities).Keep good contact with local government.Other tasks assigned by N+1.
Qualification:
1.Diploma degree or above major in management in preferable
2.5 years and above working experience in administrative, 2 years management experience
3.Good in both written and oral English.
4.Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
