职位描述
Key Responsibilities
61 Responsible for the implementation of CF CDD Policies, to ensure consistent application of policies and processes
61 Responsible for cascading updates made to the SOPs and processes and working with the Compliance Operations Manager on updates made to the SOPs as it relates to CDD policies and procedures
61 Responsible for implementing CDD exceptions procedures and ensuring all exceptions are documented in accordance with those procedures.
61 Responsible for implementing and managing quality control procedures, including QC inputs, outputs and methodologies.
61 Point of escalation for day to day client acceptance CDD queries, and key decision maker for granting exceptions
61 Responsible for weekly/monthly client acceptance exceptions and QC reporting
61 Responsible for escalating any system/process issues flagged by teams to the Head of Client Acceptance
Key requirements:
61 Education to degree standard (or equivalent qualification by experience)
61 A minimum of 5 years of experience within TCSPs or other relevant industry, specifically in AML and CDD
61 Professional fluency in written and oral English
61 A sound understanding of the clients, services, people, processes and data associated with the relevant component
61 Advanced knowledge of KYC/Compliance/AML standards
61 Advanced knowledge of client due diligence standards in multiple jurisdictions
61 Experience in adopting a risk-based approach
61 Strong commercial and strategic awareness
61 Specific knowledge of the client service offering, products, operational processes and controls relevant to the Client Acceptance & Onboarding (including KYC & screening)
61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to effectively convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
61 Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with natural ability to adapt language and communication style to suit the intended recipient
61 Ability to collaborate closely with other technology and business teams/divisions to ensure a consistent approach and alignment to group strategy
61 Effective planning and organisational skills to manage competing priorities
61 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with all levels of management and staff
61 Advanced business analysis skills to understand business needs
61 Good problem-solving skills with ability to make meaningful contributions to solution design, to ensure due regard to the business perspective
61 Experience of working with business systems and applications in a financial/professional services organisation
