Key Duties：
？ Analyze & report week, month-, and YTD sales trends relative to LY and Plan
？ Provide data driven insights and weekly commentary on product performance
？ Identify and communicate markdown/promotion opportunities
？ Identify and communicate any other opportunities to improve inventory turn
？ Responsible for merchandise planning, allocation & distribution of stock from central warehouse to Oultet stores in Mainland China
？ Monitor sales performance and contribute valuable suggestion to improve the merchandise allocation.
？ Monitor shipment schedule to flow in stock to stores in accordance to seasonal plans.
？ Initiate & maintain systematic tracking of flow in & out of stock from central warehouse to stores.
？ Manage shop transfer, replenishment & returns to warehouse
？ Track order fulfillment & delivery status.
Essential Requirement：
？ Degree with at least 3 years of experience merchandising or planning
？ Well versed in Microsoft Office & SAP is preferred.
？ Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills are required.
Desirable：
？ Previous experience in retail industry
？ Independent and mature
？ Willing to work under high pressure
