主要职责：（该岗位需要2班倒，在恒温26℃环境上班）

薪资：底薪（2008）+加班（按底薪的1.5倍，2倍算）+奖金（600~800）+补助（450~650），综合月收入4500左右

• 负责实验室日常实验工作
• 负责实验设备的管理维护工作
• 负责实验设备的5S和TPM工作
• 负责顾客反馈的质量信息统计管理在实验室工程师不在的前提下能够独立完电脑试验
• 能够独立完成挥发类试验并出具报告
• 能够独立完成常规实验室的所有性能检测试验并出具报告
• 配合实验室工程师出具气实验报告
• 在实验室工程师不在的前提下能够与客户就进行沟通
• 能够完成各种表格类文件的编制和录入
• 做好各种实验数据及记录的备份；

任职要求：

• 中专以上学历，理工科类专业；
• 该岗位可应届生进行培养；

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWSN Group. FAWSN Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group. Lear Foshan is to be built to produce Setting System for FAW VW and Daimler, will produce Audi A3,Golf Sportvans, and Tiger, total annual output is about RMB 700 million.
