工作职责：

完成集团和工厂对新产品座护面开发工作的要求，依据客户数据输入与标准要求以及公司的护面开发流程，开展对座椅护面的开发设计、图纸下发、EBOM编制、设计变更、协助商务报价等方面工作；

1、新项目的导入,根据客户的技术信息与图纸输入编制EBOM,下发工厂；

2、根据客户提供的整椅数据与样件,设计开发座椅护面；

3、负责对护面设计开发材料进行确认；

4、对护面图纸进行整理发放；

5、协助质量共同分析护面质量问题；

6、对内/外客户反馈的护面问题进行有效的分析,并优化护面的设计缺陷；

7、根据开项目的发计划培训员工，确保完成开发过程产品缝制；

8、负责护面设计变更的有效导入与实施确认；

9、其他事项

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，服装设计或工科类相关专业，有2年以上服装/座套行业开发、打板经验；

2、熟练运用office、CAD、Lectra、Catia软件；

3、团队合作，问题分析与解决。

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWSN Group. FAWSN Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group.
