Tasks :

- 1st Level HelpDesk (ticket system)

- Integrating new devices and software deployment in baramundi

- Create new users and assign permissions in Microsoft Active Directory

- Create e-mail accounts in Microsoft Exchange

- Manage Citrix Terminal Server sessions and user profiles in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

- Monitoring of virtual machines (shutdown, boot, sizing) in VMWare vSphere vCenter

- Administration Guest WLAN and WLAN radius server with AeroHive - WiFi Management

- Administrate local PBX

- Basics proAlpha Server and database

- Basics SharePoint Server and database

- Switch configuration and VLAN management with NAC MACMON

- Support of the local production facilities 

- Support of the server rooms

- Coordination of local service providers

Profile :

- training as IT Specialist

- Thin Client Experience

- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, mobile devices, Exchange online, terminal  server structures with Citrix and user management in Active Directory (Windows AD / Azure AD)

- Basic knowledge of IT security and network technology

- First experiences with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure

- Experience with incident management (ticket system)

- Experience in the Production environment

- Good English language skills
