We are looking for a Production Manager based in our own facility located in the Foshan region of China. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and control of the production processes and will ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently, on time, at the right cost and at the right level of quality.

公司目前在中国的佛山地区拥有独资工厂，希望招聘一名生产经理，工作地点是佛山（驻厂），主要负责生产计划、协调调度、设备及生产流程管理、生产效率提高、成本控制、良品率和质量管控、以及交期保障等。

Reporting to the site General Manager you will manage the day to day wood furniture production requirements of the facility. These positions will ideally suite a person who has worked their way up through various roles within a furniture manufacturing operation.

Your objectives will be:

· To coach and train the production team in best techniques and wood manufacturing processes.

· Managing the production schedule for the site and monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.

· Ensuring that the production is cost effective and OTIF (On Time In Full).

· Forecasting human and material resources needed.

· Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.

· Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes.

· Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.

· Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.

· Manage, motivate and assist in team coaching to ensure excellent results are achieved.

You will require the following skills and qualifications:

· Experience in wood furniture manufacturing with experience of managing a team on in excess of 100 staff.

· Ability to manage change and have an ethos of continuous improvement within the workplace.

· Experienced in setting up best practice systems.

· Driven by meeting quality and production deadlines.

· Ability to manage and motivate others.

· Good ICT skills

· Chinese and English language skills are essential to ensure that the execution of instructions are completed efficiently and in full.

 As business growing, we are now looking for QC inspectors based in Foshan and Qingdao. You will be responsible for incoming material inspection, process inspection and final inspection ect. Candidate with quality control working experience at western furniture trading company will be preferred but not must.
