岗位职责：

1. 负责招聘，选择渠道发布招聘信息，筛选简历，安排面试；
2. 协助制定并监督各部门绩效考核方案的执行；
3. 协助组织制定、执行公司人事行政管理制度；
4. 负责公司行政后勤类相关工作的管理；

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，人力资源管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具有3年以上人事行政工作经验，1年以上人事行政管理工作经验；
3. 具备优秀的沟通协作、执行能力；

公司福利：

上班时间：上午9:00-12:00，下午2:00-6:00

双休，国家节假日正常放假，购买社保，商业保险，年底双薪。
