POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of the Customer Engagement Center (CEC), the Senior Manager is responsible for the finance functions within the CEC at the Guangzhou location. This includes but not limited to month-end closing, local statutory reporting & compliance, corporate compliance, management reporting, financial analysis, payroll, cash flow management, etc.

? Baccalaureate degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline required

? Minimum 7 years relevant professional experience

? Lodging/ hospitality industry experience preferred

? History of consistently delivering business results

? Experience in complex data analysis and financial modeling

? Prior experience managing a team in a complex, service-intensive, deadline-driven environment a plus

? Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including strong knowledge of statutory accounting.

? Excellent MS Office skills: advanced knowledge of MS Excel

? Strong business and financial acumen
