一、岗位职责：

• 跟踪关键设备运行状态，收集信息并分析，及时发现故障隐患，并立即采取相应措施；促进预防维修保养工作的有效实施，降低设备故障发生率。
  Keep monitoring operating status of critical equipments.  Collect related data, find out root cause of breakage and take effective measures.  Enhance preventive maintenance and reduce downtime of equipment.

• 参与并组织人员及时解决关键设备的故障，减少设备停机时间。
  Arrange to resolve critical equipment breakdown to minis downtime.

• 收集重要设备的维修数据，分析维修原因，并提出***维修方案。
  Collect data on maintenance of key equipments, analyze root cause and provide the best resolution.

• 参与现场的维修任务，及时对维修过程产生的相关问题进行处理。
  Participate in maintenance on site and resolve any issues as encountered throughout maintenance.

• 为维修工段提供技术支持，并对维修人员作现场指导和维修技术培训，提高团队维修效率和维修技能。
  Provide technical support to maintenance function, provide coaching or training to maintenance technicians to improve maintenance efficiency and skill.

• 根据维修的记录，对设备的维修零件进行申请采购。
  Prepare purchasing requisition of maintenance parts for equipment based on historical maintenance record.

• 协助完善备件系统，保证维修工作顺利进行。
  Assist in improving the spare part system and ensure a smooth maintenance.

• 执行本部门的目标、指标。

  carry out department’s aim and target. 

• 执行公司的安全、质量、环境管理方针，实现公司安全、质量、环境等目标。

  Responsible for implementing safety, quality, environment management policy to achieve company’s safety, quality, environment goals.

• 推动安全、质量及环境管理手册和程序文件在运作部门的执行实施。

  Follow and implement all safety, quality and environment handbook and procedure document in operation unit      

• 负责新建及改扩建的项目安全环保“三同时”审批。

  Responsible for ensuring EHS facilities/equipment’s design, construction, acceptance check  at the same time with new project main equipments/facilities.  

• 遵守公司的安全规定，正确佩戴PPE，执行安全操作。

   Follow company’s EHS rules, SOPs, PPE requirement.

• 参加安全学习和安全培训。

  Attend EHS learning and training.

• 积极汇报事故或安全隐患。

  Report accident and potential safety issue timely.

• 制止或汇报不安全行为。

       Stop or report unsafe behavior.

二、岗位要求：

  

• 本科及以上学历。

  Bachelor degree or above.

• 设备维修2年以上工作经验。

  2 years above equipment maintenance working experience.

• 熟悉电脑操作。

  Familiar with computer operation.

• 熟练掌握相关的电气原理及技术。

  Master of the related electrical principle and technology.

• 熟练掌握相关机械原理及技术。

  Master of the related mechanical  principle technology.

• 有高度责任感，遇事沉着、冷静。

  Have high responsibility, aplomb and calm.

• 良好的沟通能力。

  Good communication skill.
