Role & Responsibilities:

  

 

  

Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) : 

  

• Keep the retail operation standard in the high level that can help to meet or exceed revenue & profit targets;
• Build a professional retail operation team for brand expansion

  

  

Key Result Areas:

  

? Retail Sales Target Achievement:

  

• Achieve the annual targets in retail sales revenue;

• Control the retail store expenses ;

      

? Retail Operation Management :                                                                                                                         

  

• Manage the daily retail operation for all the  appointed retail stores;

• Recruit, manage and lead retail staffs base on the company policy.
• Coach, train and develop the sales staffs overall retail operation technique and knowledge together with training team.

  

?Inventory Management :    

  

• Work closely with BPO to control the stock of each POS to a reasonable level and optimize the inventory turnover 

• Understand BPO's regular inventory and retail sales analysis and take efficient action; 

  

• People Management:

  

• Assist HR to review the staff.

• Much attention staff training and personal individual development.

?Business relationship development :   

  

• Visit department store's key person frequently;

• Review business with key department store ;

    

• Responsibility for store re-sign up the contract  in due course.
• Keep searching for new potential store ;

? Others:    

  

•  Communicate with the others departments to solve the problems.

Experience

  

Minimum Relevant Experience: 5 year(s)

Academic Qualifications

Minimum Degree Held: University Degree

  

Language Proficiency:

1: English Fluency: Local Level

  

2: Chinese Fluency: General
