Responsibilities

- Keep HK and PRC ITS Capital and operation expenditure records timely, accurately and completely

- Prepare and submit payment requisition eForms and follow them through

- Check supporting documents that submitted by the requestors

- Response payment enquiries from suppliers in HK and PRC

- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material

Basic requirements

- Diploma's degree or above

- In-depth knowledge of PC Windows environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office 2007/2010, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer) and Adobe Acrobat

- Proven collaborative teamwork

- Ability to take initiative and work under pressure to meet urgent deadlines; shift duty is required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English

- 1-year above relevant working experience

工作职责

- 记录部门采购及日常运作支出， 並确保记录完整、准确、及时

- 就部门采购及日常支出，负责准备、提交及跟踪请款单

- 检查申请人提供的各项文件证明

- 回复供货商有关付款的查询

- 回复财务部门日常的查询

- 维护记录管理，完成文件归档等各项工作

基本要求

- 专科以上学历

- 熟悉应用Windows工作环境、MS工作软件和Adobe Acrobat

- 具备团队精神

- 工作积极主动，能承担一定的工作压力

- 良好的沟通能力, 善于与人相处

- 良好的普通话,粤语及英语水平
