Role & Responsibilities

Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) :

•     Assist franchiser to go through the application of opening franchised shops according to the company policy and procedure;
•     Generate sales report on a daily basis and guide the franchiser to improve operation accordingly;
•     Direct the franchiser to establish systems of inventory, sales & distribution;
•     Guide the franchiser in implementing sales and marketing activity execution, e.g., sales training, promotion event, ad materials distribution, VM, etc.;

Key Result Areas:

•     Urge each and every of the franchisees to achieve sales target by implementing assigned tasks;
•     Ensure smooth and accurate communication with Project, Product and VM teams in terms of shop decoration and maintenance, new product orientation at its arrival, shop visual merchandising, etc.;
•     Follow up the company procedure and put company benefit at first priority ;
•     Other assignments from the Regional Sales Manager.

Functional Competencies

•     A pleasant team player;
•     Good communication skills;
•      Responsible;
•     Ale to work under pressure with multiple tasks.
•     Good computer operation skill , particularly Microsoft Office applications;

Experience

•     Over  4 years relevant experience from known brands;

Nature of Work

•     FULL TIME

Academic Qualifications

•     College graduate;
•     Major in Sales & Marketing, Fashion Design or relevant is preferred;

Language Proficiency

•     Excellent spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin);
•     General read and written English;
