职位描述

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY:

1. Direct and develop long-range strategic sales plans for on-line business.

2. Deliver annual sales in on-line sales channels.

3. Coordinate NPD sales plan, which includes product planning, pricing and promotions.

4. Interact with customers of on-line stores to fully understand business opportunities.

5. Participate in the development and implementation of promotional and merchandising programs jointly with Sales Department Managers.

6. Closely work with related depts. (Sales and Marketing, R&D, purchasing, logistic, etc.) to ensure the smooth operation on every stage on the value chain of new product development, coordinate/align especially the NPD process, technical requirements, production cycle, quality standard, packaging requirements, production cost, etc.

7. Work with Sales OP to manage On-line Sales data base.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering or other technical discipline with 10+ years of progressive work experience in relevant fields, and in a joint venture environment.

2. An MBA degree is a plus.

3. Prior work experience in sales and marketing, Tmall, JD, Amazon etc. or oversea markets preferred.

4. Familiarity with fresh air systems, heater fans, exhaust fans, humidifiers, de-humidifiers products a plus.

5. Must have a proven records to execute sales.

6. Must be intellectually curious with a firm understanding of general business principles, particularly within the housing market.

7. S/he will be highly motivated, extremely organized and detail-oriented.

8. S/he will be an effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

9. S/he will possess the personal charisma and leadership skills to successfully influence and coordinate cross-function teams.

10. Frequent business travels may be required.
