Project offer phase

• Support the requirement analysis: Customer, Legal (including Country Specific) and internal that have an impact in quality.

• Support the Product / Process feasibility analysis checking alway requirements fulfilment focusing on the seven key product function.

• Work with Plant quality to define the necessary equipments and special equipments to fulfill some quality requirements

1. Project Startup phase(G0-G1)

• Support the detailed development planning definition providing the quality related activities detailed plan (consistent with the project master plan)

• Define the quality plan using QCR methodology related to the 7 key functions, PPAP approval process

1. Project Concept phase(G1-G2)

• Support analysis and release of new technical solutions (product / process)

• Verify fulfilment of seven key product characteristics requirements into the concept design (product / process)

• Analyze with R&D and MFE the aiming concept,aiming station concept,  identify all components related to aming, from R&D verify the photometrical

• Define zone A, B and C for esthetic, define the targets in esthetic (parting lines position, injection gate targets, esthteic components to be protected during

• Analyze the dimensional tolerance calculation and RPS concept and stability study from R&D, interact with PTC, MFE and R&D to secure good product and process design for good geometry

• Prepare the dimensional gauges specifications

• Verify welding check list design and manufacturing is green

• Analyze the wire partial connexion risks and wire protection, and the contact risk for LG and LED

• Participate to gate check meeting, project team meeting and customer quality meetings

1. Project Development phase(G2-G3)

• Verify fulfilment of seven key product characteristics requirements into the concept design (product / process)

• Aiming QMP check list : check of aiming range and alignement fullfilment in all tolerances case, aiming mechanical simulation, aiming components mold flow, no gap between aiming components

• Check that all waterproof interfaces have a process control and key characteristics (dimension and pressure)

• Esthetic: verify mold flow in accordance with customer requirements, parting lines position, HL and RL outerlens design without sharp edge, injection gate (no film gate for esthetic components, except HL outerlens), assembly protection to avoid defects)

• Verify that applied RPS system and tolerance calculation study are giving positive results and customer requirements are meet, include CP/CPK requirement

• Verify welding check list design and manufacturing is green

• Verify the welding guiding pins position to cover all lens contour

• Wire partial connexion risks,wire protection and contact risk for LG and LED : make the assembly risks report

• Participate to DFMEA and PFMEA analyzes and action plan (DFMEA are responsibility of R&D PFMEA are responsibility of MFE)

• Evaluate through PFMEA the correct homologation number detection at 100%

• Participate to the assembly test with mock up and detect the quality risks

• Verify fulfilment of seven key product characteristics requirements into the detailed design (product / process)

• Provide contribution for Gauges and Fixtures plan implementation

• Participate to gate check meeting, project team meeting and customer quality meetings

• Work with plant QMP leader to transfer the project to plant QMP after G3 approval

  Other tasks

• Other tasks as assigned by the QMP manager

  Authority

• Rejection for potential risk of product/process design.

• Rejection for project Gate approval incase GL not respected

  Training

• Dimensional metrology, optics, physical test methods. Basic grounding in electrical

• technology/electronics, plastics testing technology

• Production processes: Plastic injection molding, assembly technology, physical and chemical surface

• coatings.

• General and specific customer quality requirements (e.g. ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001,VDA 6, ANIFA, MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP) Training as process

• auditor to VDA 6.3 Software Tool “IQ-FMEA”

• Application of statistical techniques such as SPC

• Moderation proceeding

• All relevant procedure documents

                    

Qualification:

Engineering or technical graduate

• At least 5 years working in quality assurance

• Language skills: Good English
