岗位职责

1、负责师资管理体系建设，包括培训、指导并促进师资队伍稳定及优化、提升，培养教学人员梯队；

2、配合教材进行改进和编制教学手册、教案、题库、测评等及相关教研工作

3、综合管理本教学组的教学质量，保证教学工作的严谨，提高家长满意度和学生的续读率；

4、 评估和监控中心的教学质量以及沟通工作质量；

5、协调及处理日常发生的各种突发情况。

6、管理外教，包括外教工作安排，课时安排，监控外教课程质量。

任职资格

1、大学本科或以上学历，英语培训中心4年以上幼少儿英语教学经验，形象气质佳；

2、流利的英语听说读写能力，具有良好的和外教沟通协调的能力；

3、具有2年及以上培训中心教学管理经验；

4、理解中国家长对孩子教育的思维模式，有耐心、并具备很强的解决问题能力；

5、热爱教育，喜欢孩子，工作认真负责、团队协作；极好的沟通技能，演讲演示技能和领导技能，能够承担较大的工作压力；

6、具备自主研发课程能力者，及具有外语师资培训经验、有海外教学背景者或国际教育项目工作经验优先考虑；
