Responsibilities: 

1.  Oversee and manage projects planning and development, monitor project plan, budget and cost management, and project schedule

2.  Work closely with product manager, solution manager, sales and after-sales to ensure timely delivery and quality completion of projects

3.  Ensure progress payment claim and proper cash flow

4.  Work as technical expert to explain technical puzzles and advise best solution.

5.  Maintain strong relationship with the product centers, customers and agencies

6.  Other  tasks assigned  

1.   Degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical/Controls Engineering/Automation/Computer Science or equivalent

2.   Minimum 5 years of product development working experience, better with 2-3 years management experience

3.   Familiar with R&D project management knowledge and tools, preferably a PMP holder

4.   Willing to travel intensively on short notice

5.   Strong communication skills, planning skills, analytical skills and decision-making skills, a systematic decision maker

6.   A matured, proactive, flexible, result-oriented and customer-focused team player with strong execution

7.   Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

8.   Proficiency in spoken and written English and spoken mandarin

9.   Capability and willing to work with an international team
