Align Technology was founded in March 1997 and designs, manufactures and markets Invisalign, a proprietary method for treating malocclusion; the misalignment of teeth. 

Due to our rapid expansion in Asia Pacific, we are now looking for a candidate to fill the following position:

Associate Manager, Field Marketing   Duties & Responsibilities

Manage all marketing efforts to realize the fast growth of the business in region. As a member of Greater China marketing, the role contributes to the strategic marketing direction and ensures local implementation. The role requires strong implementation, analytical acumen, customer-orientation, innovation, and collaboration. Strong desire and capability to learn new skills and implement them are a good indicator for the role since this role needs to manage professional, consumer and practice marketing.

• Deliver the financial numbers including product sales, marketing budget and key metrics in the region
• Lead to execute local implementation plan based on growth strategy of the region which is aligned with country plan by working with regional and district sales managers
• Launch new products through deployment of sales tools, key message communication, holding launch events, monitoring and tracking performance
• Drive regional customer marketing activities including practice marketing/management programs to increase customer utilization and consumer conversion
• Manage claims communication
• Monitor the use of sales toolkits
• Direct and provide ongoing product training and support to sales team
• Organize professional and consumer events in the region including trade shows, forums, roadshows, campaign events, with responsibility ranging from logistics management to onsite support
• Monitor and report competitors’ activities
• Actively visit and interact with customers to obtain market insights and feedback
• Report to Associate Commercial Director; dotted line to Director, GC marketing.
• Work laterally with China Consumer marketing, Ortho marketing, Professional marketing, and SFE managers
• Supervise marketing specialist in the region
• Support sales managers and sales team
• Work with other support functions

Qualification

• Proven track record with more than 4-6 years of marketing career from healthcare or consumer care industry. Medical Aesthetics or dental experience is plus
• Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural organization
• BA degree is must, any major, and MBA is a plus

• Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs
• Able to travel extensively (more than 30% of working hours)
