主导依据酒店经营需要和本酒店客房设施设备特点，制定严格周密的客房机电设备、卫浴洁具设施、装饰装修、门窗、智能控制等检查、维护、保养、维修计划，并组织监督实施，确保客房设施设备100%完好。

协助总监、副总监建立外委保养监测制度标准流程，提前进行保养计划安排，依据保养计划进行内部针对性排班休假，形成针对性外委监督，保障外委保养有效实施，保养完成后组织验收、技术交底，向使用人进行移交，监督考核使用人使用状况。

协助总监、副总监将酒店设备设施、能源管控、温湿度管控等依据酒店分区划分使用人，建立使用标准、节能降耗等标准进行培训和监督使用。

协助总监、副总监完成各层级员工KPI指标，进行月度严格考核，对连续考核末位进行面谈沟通和帮扶。
