工作职责：

1. Conduct research on supply chain of target product categories

2. Estimate BOM cost for complex capital equipment products

3. Manage RFI, RFQ communication with potential suppliers, collect and analyse essential business information for commercial assessments

4. Lead supplier assessment (with Product Development, QA, Regulatory & Compliance teams)

5. Arrange potential supplier visits or audits, maintain relationship across stages of supply development and onboarding processes

6. Lead team negotiation (planning, finance, QA, compliance, legal) for manufacturing supply agreement with qualified suppliers

岗位要求：

1. 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement in manufacturing environment (engineering projects experience preferred)
2. Good understanding of contract manufacturing and supply chain
3. Experience in global business environment preferred
4. Self-starter, good planning and self-management
5. Good learning skills, able to work in fast-paced environment
6. Accountability, focus on owning the process and deliver result
7. Willingness to learn new knowledge and develop new networks

Key Contacts with the role, department and company

1. Report to Procurement Manager in regular basis
2. Work closely with product development team, regulatory and QA teams to import potential suppliers into GAMA’s supply base
3. Actively search, communicate and negotiate with potential new suppliers to meet the demands from projects.

此外，公司在北京专门设立了办事处，负责北京市场的销售，售后及物流，确保公司为北京市场提供稳定的产品供应。
