Our client focuses on safe human machine collaboration in mass production. The company produces safety solutions for Robots, Cobots and End-of-Arm-Tooling. Its patented product can be mounted simply and directly onto the robot for safe human robot collaboration. It is available for almost any robot and application and the only solution for End-of-Arm-Tooling. The use of products greatly improves safety and security in human-machine collaboration, brings low-cost and efficient operations to customers, improves productivity and simplifies risk analysis, thereby enabling companies to profit.

To expand their business in China, we are looking for an experienced sales manager. The position aims to create and execute market entry plan and sales plan to the South China market. The successor will have close contact with German headquarters, marketing department and different clients.

Responsibilities

- Collect and analyze the demand information of the production and application of human machine collaboration, robot manufacturing, intelligent machinery, intelligent manufacturing in the regional market.

- Assist the German headquarter to create and execute market entry plan to the South China market, and different business opportunities, sign and execute sales contracts, and complete sales targets.

- Develop and maintain sales channel resources and end-customer resources.

Requirement
岗位要求
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience. Experienced in sales of human-machine collaboration equipment and intelligent robotic arm equipment is preferred.
至少5年的销售经验,人机协作设备和智能机械手臂设备销售经验者优先。
- Familiar with the customer group on production and application of human-machine collaboration equipment and intelligent robotic arm equipment, intelligent manufacturing in the region, with good customer relationship and business development capabilities.
熟悉所辖区域市场的人机协作设备和智能机械臂设备的生产和应用,以及智能制造的客户群具有良好的客户关系和业务开拓能力。
- Fluent in English for business communication and able to communicate independently with headquarter.

- Bachelor degree or equivalent, mechanical engineering, marketing and other related majors are preferred.
本科学历或同等学历,机械工程、市场营销等相关专业优先。
- Bright personality, can work under pressure, process good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, can adapt to frequent travel.
性格开朗,能承受压力,有良好的人际沟通能力和团队协作精神,能适应经常出差。
