Job Description:

Primary focus will be to assist and execute the daily work arrangement according to the instructions of Order processing department in particular to logistic supervisor. This includes the coordination of worker allocation as well as the supervision and insurance of on time quality deliveries to Leuze electronic customers. Other tasks include the insurance of warehouse security and integrity in ERP system works so that physical quantities and system quantities match in a daily basis.

主要工作是根据订单处理部门，特别是物流经理的的指示，协助和执行日常工作安排。这包括协调工人分配，以及监督和保证向Leuze electronic客户按时交货。其他任务包括确保仓库的安全性和ERP系统的完整性，确保每天仓库操作的实际数量和系统数量相匹配。

Responsibilities:

· Assisting on warehouse daily works, planning and arrangement of daily jobs.

· 协助并计划和安排仓库日常工作

· Planning of the daily picking of goods for assembly and trading material.

· 计划日常生产和贸易的领料发料

· Coordinate material flow in cooperation with assembly department.

· 协调生产部相关发料的流程。确保仓库发货符合相关文件要求。

· Maintains all the warehouse related equipment and environment in a clean and tidy fashion and according to maintenance instructions for equipment.

· 仓库相关设备及环境维护，按保养要求对设备进行保养， 维持仓库6S.保持干净整洁。

· Ensures and signs for required shipping and picking as well as stock in and out quality according to LeA policy.

· 负责批准仓库相关发货及领料文件，确保相关文件符合公司政策。

· Leverage the skills and abilities of warehouse workers.

· 评估员工的技能，挖掘员工的能力。

· Reporting directly to the Logistic Manager.

· 工作直接报告物流部经理。

Requirements/Qualification:

· Proven ability to lead a team.有带领团队的能力。

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. 熟练运用Microsoft Office相关软件。

· Proficiency with ERP system. 熟悉运用ERP系统。

· Ability to work with relative autonomy.工作主动性强。

· Good sense for quality related issues related to supply chain matters such as quantity and on time deliveries from suppliers and to customers.良好的工作意识，特别是相关供应链数量及准交率方面的管控。

· Basic English language skills.掌握基本英语知识。

· College educated or above.大专或以上学历。

· Open minded team player who is excited to learn and developing new tasks and processes.***，乐于学习和开发新的任务和流程。

· At least 3 years experience in warehouse leadership.至少三年以上相关仓库管理工作经验。
