We are looking for two ecommerce fulfillment/ operation associates for our company. The function of this role is a combination of business/ trade understanding, and process driven. The associate will work with the team to carry out the operations of the business so that the task is successfully completed.

任职资格：

• 具有团队精神；
• 良好的书面和口语的沟通与交流能力；
• 能用英语进行读与写，所有的工作均以英文进行，要求四级以上的基础；
• 必须有强大的自我驱动力；
• 有相关的运营工作经验者优先；
• 熟练使用word, excel；
• 根据要求，按时按质地完成各种任务；
• 能适应不断的变化，快节奏的工作环境，并能按时完成任务；

Qualifications:

• A team player；
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)；
• Must speak and write in English. All work performed in the office is in the English language；
• Must be a process driven individual；
• Past operational experience is a plus；
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, and excel.
• Ability to follow instructions & execute on wide variety of tasks with impeccable follow through；
  Ability to adapt to a constantly changing, fast paced work environment and meet deadlines；
• Confident, creative, energetic with a friendly/outgoing personality & passion professional, patient with positive ''can do'' attitude

工作职责：

• 确保所有任务按时按质地完成；
• 学习和理解所有的相关工作流程，并按时执行；
• 产品库存的管理和分析工作；
• 确保所提供的客户服务，以改善他们的购物体验；
• 团队间的沟通与合作，包括中国同事，经理以及美国总部的；
• 同事之间的团队合作；
• 特殊任务与其他职责的跟进处理；
• 运用公司拟定好的话术，能简单地与美国客户交流，每天约3-5小时（是一个很好的锻炼口语的机会哦）；

The responsibilities of the operations associate will be:

• To ensure that all tasks are completed in an accurately, and timely manner.
• Learn and understand all processes and execute the responsibility in a timely manner.
• Manager and analyze inventory
• ensure the customer service is provided to better their purchasing experience.
• Communicate with peers, management team in China, and US headquarters.
• Perform the administrative tasks alongside the employees.
• Special projects and other responsibilities needed for operations.
• Communicate with customers and managers in English 3-5 hours daily.
