PURPOSE:

Customer Service Executive have the responsibility of

- handling all orders of IOM2

- back office customer service for small revenue customers of IOM2/SGZ

- administration of China sales & AE team

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Operate as back office customer service to serve/manage small revenue customers of IOM2/SGZ, incl customer orders/payment, monthly forecast, recommending appropriate Strix products, preparing price offer, providing product documents such as DP/approval/3D and involving necessary CRF service where needed

- Handle all orders of IOM2 customers, communicating on order payment and product shipment and verify supporting documents for orders of spot deals

- Order book management and contract management of key account such as XBO

- Administration of China sales & AE team, incl customer sample request, customer bulletin circulation, internal report preparation/consolidation such as visit plan, daily location etc, and tracking of visits of team/visit reports etc.

- All reports on regular basis to review and update actions

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor degree in business/sales & marketing/engineering

- Experience of customer service, sales, account management or business development for industrial products

- Experience in multi-national environment

- English – standard grade minimum
