BASIC FUNTION职责概述

●To ensure efficiency of the administration of the Engineering Division

1. RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS职责与方法

●Ensure that the day to day administrative needs are fulfilled.

确保日常管理圆满完成。

●Responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical services for the Engineering Office.

负责翻译及文书工作。

●Keep information confidential.

信息保密。

2. ADMINISTRA TIVE RESPONSIBILITIES行政职责

●Record and transcribe minutes of meetings.

记录并转录会议纪要。

●Drafts routine or simple correspondence for the Chief Engineer as assigned.

依照区域总经理的安排起草日常简单的函件。

岗位要求：  

1. 英文流利，大学本科及以上学历；  

2. 有文秘、商务英语、行政管理相关知识、经验；  

3.数据敏感，逻辑分析能力强，擅长PPT\EXCEL\WORK及商务写作等；

4.良好的沟通、团队协作能力；  

4. 工作仔细认真，主动性强， 自律性强， 结果导向。

BSH Home Appliances (China) Co., Ltd.
BSH Home Appliances Group (BSH Hausger？te GmbH) is a well-known manufacturer of home appliances in Europe and one of the leading companies in the sector worldwide. The group was founded in 1967 as a joint venture between Robert Bosch GmbH (Stuttgart) and Siemens AG (Munich). Since the beginning of 2015, BSH exclusively belongs to the Bosch Group.

BSH Home Appliances (China) Co., Ltd. was founded on August 25, 1997 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.

By the end of 2019, BSH had about 11,676 employees in China. It has established over 30 customer service centers nationwide. The company is responsible for BSH Group brand management and development, as well as sales and after sales service of the two brands.

Since 2014, BSH was recognized as a “Top Employer China” for the 6th time by the Employers Institute and also named “Top Employer Asia Pacific” in 2015 and 2016. They altogether form an all-round competitive brand combination.
