佛山招聘

1.负责工厂办公物资的购买、管理和发放，并登记入册；

2.负责厂区宿舍、饭堂管理工作；

2.跟进每月水电/物管/快递费/网络等费用的缴纳和报账；

3.负责公司各类证件、资质办理的申请与年检工作；

4.做好来宾接待、对外关系维护工作；

5.协调各部门关系，做好公司内外沟通工作；

6.完成领导安排的其他相关工作。

岗位要求：

1.大专以上学历，专业不限；

2.3年以上相关工作经验，熟悉工厂日常行政工作运作模式优先；

3.具备良好的文字功底、沟通协调能力、团队协作能力、学习能力、书面及语言表达能力；

4.富有职业精神和工作热情，能承受较强的工作压力；

5.愿意在工厂上班，能接受适度加班。

上班地点：广州市花都区镜湖南大道洪鑫产业园

上班时间：9:00-18:00，单休，有社保
