Responsibilities

- Assist with the VAT exemption claim process of different mainland China offices under the instructions of finance team and tax team, including:

• Liaise with the engagement teams of different offices to obtain documents for VAT exemption purposes

• Perform preliminary review and assessment of the engagement documents

• Obtain business licenses from publicly available government database

• Support finance team on liaison with the engagement teams about the VAT exemption outcome

- Other VAT related tasks that may be assigned by the finance team and the tax team from time to time

Basic Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above (major in tax/accounting preferred but not a must)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong personal initiative and accountability

- Good team player, willing to learn

- Ability to thrive in a challenging environment

- Attention to details

工作职责

- 在财务和税务团队的指导下，协助国内各分所完成增值税免税申请过程，包括：

• 与各分所业务团队沟通并获取增值税免税申请的有关文件；

• 对相关文件进行初步审查和评估；

• 从公开的政府数据库获取营业执照；

• 协助财务部门就增值税免税申请结果与业务团队进行沟通。

- 完成财务和税务团队分配的其他增值税相关的工作。

基本要求

- 本科或以上学历 （优先考虑税务或者会计相关专业）

- 具备良好的沟通能力和人际关系
