工作职责

- 业务管理系统IBS客服中心的成员，向中国包括港澳地区的内部用户提供一级技术支援服务

- 纪录及理解用户需求，根据IBS操作手册、内部政策及指引提供合适解决方案

- 及时向IBS服务中心主任汇报未能解决的用户需求，并按指示跟进

- 按照倒班时间表，配合公司在工作时间上的调配安排，确保IBS客服中心在法定假日提供正常服务

Responsibilities

- Provide the first level of system support to internal users across China, Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR as a member of the IBS Service Desk team

- Record and identify users’ problems and provide suitable solutions according to the IBS main menu, internal policies and guidelines

- Escalate unresolved issues to the IBS Service Desk lead and follow up according to instructions

- Follow the IBS Service Desk team’s shift work schedule to ensure regular service desk services are provided on public holidays

基本要求

- 本科或以上学历

- 良好的沟通和表达能力，能妥善处理与各级同事的日常交流

- 良好的电话礼仪

- 英语和国粤语写作及口语良好

Basic Requirements

- A bachelor holder

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with all levels of staff

- Pleasant telephone manner

- Fluent in oral and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
