Responsibilities

- Provide level 2 daily support for the ITS Service Desk and conduct problem diagnosis and resolution

- Ensure compliance with the current security policy and procedures on the access control

- Support and conduct deployment of Global standard applications and Microsoft software

- Support ad hoc IT projects as required from time to time, both on-site and off-site

- Maintain and update IT assets and user profile records

Basic Requirements

- Bachelor' s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- An in-depth knowledge of PC windows environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office 2013, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer) and Adobe Acrobat

- Proven collaborative team working

- Initiative with the ability to work under pressure to meet urgent deadlines, shift duty is required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBS and PowerShell are preferred

- A good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English

- 优秀的沟通能力和人际关系处理技巧

- 熟练使用VBS及PowerShell尤佳

- 良好的中英文沟通能力
