Responsibilities

- Provide IBS data maintenance support to internal users across China, Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR as a member of the IBS Data team

- Perform daily system data checking and regular data cleansing activities

- Assist users to extract data from the system and prepare periodic data reports for users

- Follow the IBS Data team’s shift work schedule to ensure regular data support services are provided on public holidays

 

Basic Requirements

- A diploma holder in IT or a business-related discipline

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with all levels of staff

- Pleasant telephone manner

- Fluent in oral and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

工作职责

- 业务管理系统IBS数据服务小组的成员，向中国包括港澳地区的内部用户提供数据维护支援服务

- 每日检验並定期整理更新系统数据

- 协助用户从系统提取数据並定期提供相关数据报告

- 按照倒班时间表，配合公司在工作时间上的调配安排，确保IBS数据服务小组在法定假日提供正常服务

 

基本要求

- 大专或以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业

- 良好的沟通和表达能力，能妥善处理与各级同事的日常交流

- 良好的电话礼仪

- 英语和国粤语写作及口语良好
