Responsibilities

- Support leader on daily administrative and managerial tasks in Finance Team

- Support leader to conduct process summarization and improvement projects

- Support leader to manage team performance

Basic Requirements

- Work carefully, strong sense of responsibility and integrity

- Graduates is acceptable, 1 years working experience is preferred

- Proficient in office software, e.g. Excel, Word

- Basic finance knowledge

- Basic English reading & writing

- SAP experience is a plus

- 协助处理财务共享团队日常行政及团队管理工作

- 协助主管对财务知识及流程进行梳理与优化

- 协助主管对团队开展绩效管理等工作

基本要求

- 可接受应届毕业生，1年左右工作经验者尤佳

- 熟练运用OFFICE等办公软件

- 了解财务基本知识和流程

- 具备英语读写能力

- 能够使用SAP系统尤佳
