Job Description

- Supervise subordinates on routine SSC AP duties to ensure daily operations is maintained

- Ensure that service levels and targets are met as per Service Level Agreements

- Ensure all supplier invoices are entered promptly with compliance and accuracy

- Ensure daily operations are adhered to company policy and approval matrix

- Develop and manage AP team work schedules and activities, back up procedures and staffing requirements to ensure coverage at all times

- Re-engineer internal accounting workflow to enhance operation efficiency

- Ensure updated and / or improved process documentation and SOPs as required

- Assist manager in implementing & enforcing the internal control for AP Cycle

- Communicate with various departments

- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

- Degree holder is required

- 4 - 6 years working experiences in Finance AP Function

- Be familiar with the ACCOUNT PAYABLE process

- Good in communication skills in English and Chinese

- Good in MS Office tools, such as Excel, Word

- SAP system experiences is a plus

- With positive attitude, a team leader and coordinator on tasks and resources

- Quick learner and Can work under pressure

- Strong attention to detail - working with soft-copy documents and system data as well

- High integrity with good attitude

- 执行临时指派的工作

基本要求

- 本科毕业或以上

- 4 - 6年财务应付工作经验

- 熟悉应付账款流程

- 良好的中英文沟通能力

- 良好的办公软件技巧，如Excel，Word

- SAP系统经验者优先

- 作为团队主管，以积极的态度安排团队资源完成任务

- 学习能力强，抗压能力强

- 做事细心，谨慎

- 具有良好的态度
