Responsibilities

- Report to Director / Project Manager

- Manage and assist the design process from initial stages (design brief / RFP submittal) to practical completion

- Prepare design presentation & schematic proposal

- Responsible for internal CAD drawings and updates

- Document control support, database administration and progress reports preparation

- Assist in managing design documentation including detailing and materials schedules and submissions by vendors

- Site surveying and performing inventories

- Liaise with vendors

Requirement

- University graduated in architectural design / interior design is preferred

- Eager to learn with positive mindset

- Good organization skills and able to work under tight schedule

- Good team player

- Responsible, proactive and enthusiastic

- Practical skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office are required. Knowledge about SmartSketch, 3DMAX, SKETCHUP, VRAY, ILLUSTRATOR, PHOTOSHOP is preferred

- Good hand-sketch would be an advantage

- Occasional travel is required
