Responsibilities

- Manage a team of around 10 people in Foshan that are responsible for supporting front-line staff on invoice issuance and debtor collection on a day-to-day basis.  The team will be responsible for liaising with internal front-line staff and clients via emails or calls

- Provide guidance to team members on how they should interact with internal front-line staff and customers

- Lead the team to achieve all related KPIs such as response rate, customer satisfaction rate, complaint rate and etc.

- Support daily operation and administration

- Support manager in hiring and training new members; manage performance of existing members

- Allocate tasks to different team members 

- Act as the first level of escalation whenever team members or front-line staff have questions 

- For complicated cases, team leads will need to work directly with customers or front line team members to handle requests

- Work with the team’s manager to improve process and procedure in an on-going manner

- There will be another team doing similar tasks in Nanjing. Work with another team lead in Nanjing to ensure agreed processes are implemented in a consistent manner in both Foshan and Nanjing

Basic Requirements

- College’s degree or above

- 5 years or more work experience in call centre is required

- Experience related to out-bound call centre of financial collection / banking / insurance industry will be an advantage

- Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required

- Good common of written English is required

- Good people manager; able to lead and manage a team of around 20 people

- Customer-oriented mindset

- Strong personal initiative and accountability

- Good telephone manner and customer-oriented mindset with passion, patience and caring attitude

- Familiar with MS Office applications especially Excel
