Responsibilities

- Liaise with front-line team members via email and phone call to follow up on invoicing / debtor collection issues in English (occasionally in Mandarin or Cantonese)

- Raise draft invoices in our internal system for engagement manager’s review on an ad-hoc basis

- Upload invoices / fee notes to client’s procurement systems (if necessary)

- Process bill adjustments and bill reversals in our internal system on engagement manager / partner request

- Call clients using a pre-defined call script to follow-up on unpaid invoices at set intervals in English (occasionally in Mandarin or Cantonese)

- Update our internal system to log the outcomes of the client call using pre-defined standard wordings

Basic Requirements

- College’s degree or above; degree in English language or similar disciplines is preferred

- 1 year or above relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome

- Experience related to out-bound call centre of financial collection / banking / insurance industry will be an advantage

- Excellent command in spoken English

- Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Good telephone manner and customer-oriented mindset with passion, patience and caring attitude

- Strong personal initiative and accountability

- Able to work independently and cooperatively

- Ability to thrive in a challenging environment

- Well-organized and attention to details

- Familiar with MS Office applications
