Responsibilities

- Validate original supporting documents of vendor payment 

- Prepare Accounts Payable journal related to vendor payment

- Follow up outstanding issues by email or phone call.

- Handle AP related enquiry, support to sort out AP related data and supporting documents base on requirement 

- Responsible for other tasks assigned by supervisor

Basic Requirements

- 1 year or above working experience in Finance AP or Finance SSC is a plus

- Proficient skill in MS Office tools, such as Excel, Word

- Good English language skill in reading and writing, CET4 is a plus; Fluency in Cantonese would be a definite advantage

- Be able to work carefully, with strong sense of responsibility and patience

- Have team work spirit and willing to learn new knowledge

- Be able to work independently and under certain pressure

工作职责

- 审核供应商付款原始凭证

- 编制应付供应商账款相关凭证

- 通过邮件或电话跟进供应商付款相关待处理事项

- 根据业务部门需求解答问题，协助整理应付账款相关数据及资料

- 根据主管安排完成其他任务

基本要求

- 大学本科学历

- 具有1年或以上财务应付或财务共享服务中心工作经验者优先

- 熟练使用微软办公室软件，如Excel，Word

- 能使用英语进行书面沟通，CET4优先，熟练使用粤语尤佳

- 工作细心，有责任心和耐心

- 有团队合作精神，乐于学习

- 能独立开展工作，并能承担一定的工作压力
