职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Organization new project development team and seeking for support from leadership.Edit and update program schedule.
- Process and schedule of NPIS management.Convene project review meeting regularly, track project action log.Assist related departments in completing project works according to node time.
- New project quotation data preparation.& cost analysis.
- Cost control & profitability tracking in pre-phase of project; Audit of engineering drawing and design data.
- Communication and coordination with design center & customer.Handle issues during the project development on time.
- DV test , prototype trial-production, satisfy customer with project timing,obtian technology document.
- 负责组建合格的新项目开发团队，并寻求领导层的支持. 负责编制项目进度表，并适时保持更新。
- 按照NPIS管理流程进行项目管理，确保各关键时间节点满足顾客要求，使项目管理过程受控.定期召开项目会,跟踪项目行动计划的完成情况，协调公司内部各部门按节点完成所负责的项目工作。
- 负责新项目报价资料准备及成本分析。
- 负责项目开发过程中的成本控制及利润跟踪,负责组织相关部门进行工程图纸和设计资料评审。
- 与设计中心及顾客保持密切联系，就项目开发过程中遇到的问题进行及时沟通和协调。
- 负责组织实施项目要求的DV试验项目、样件制作、试验项目时间进度和最终结果满足顾客要求，并从技术支持方取得需要的技术文件。
Requirement:
- Fluent English both on oreal and wirtten with major in Mechnical or Techonlogy.
- Be familiar with related vehicle exhaust system knowledge with more than 2 years of working experience.Be familiar with TS16949 quality management system and project management is prefer.
- Caution, chariness, great responsibility, arrangement obedience.
- Be proficient in office software operation and CAD & 3D , mastery of modern design.
- 机械类本科以上学历，具有良好的英语应用能力。
- 熟悉汽车排气系统相关的专业技术知识和有2年相关工作经验以上。 有项目管理经验，熟悉TS16949质量管理体系者优先。
- 工作严谨细心、责任心强、服从安排。
- 熟练使用各类办公软件和掌握现代设计方法，熟悉CAD及3D制图。
