二、职位要求：
1、设计院后勤文职工作
2、总经办所下达工作执行跟进
3、设计院档案管理
4、设计院绩效考核统计
5、设计院学习安排，会议记录，会议安排，培训安排6、收集设计院人员反馈信息
7、设计院人员招聘
8、完成上级交办的其他工作
三、任职资格：
1、高中及以上学历，2年以上工作经验，形象气质佳，能接受偶尔出差。
2、性格开朗、人品良好，沟通能力、表达能力、行动力、自驱力强，认真负责，细心耐心，主动高效，有服务意识、目标感和团队精神！善于学习，上进心强！
3、具有绩效经验优先考虑 
4、具驾驶经验、有小汽车者佳
四、待遇
1、5～10万年薪＋社保
2、每周上5.5天，周末休1.5天，享受国家规定节假日福利待遇
3、8：30上班，18点下班，8小时制，中午休1.5小时
