This position located in Foshan.

Mission

Coordinate all the
recruitment activities in VLS & VEC Foshan, and provide efficient
and timely service according to staffing needs and budget.

Main responsibilities

-
Plan and organize all the recruitment activities, including setting up
procedure, selection methods, agencies selection, interview and relevant
follow up.

- Headcount controlling and reporting.

- People moving and statues recording: newcomer, departure, trainees, subcontractors etc.

-
Contract management: prepare new employee contract and training
contract; monitor existing contract; coordinate contract renewal,
termination, and probation period evaluation.

- Coordinate job description updating with departmental manager.

- Updating organizational chart.

- Deployment of Valeo tools for recruitment, such as Valeo opportunity, Valeo brochure.

- Participate in the deployment of IP.

- Other tasks assigned by N+1.

Experience/Education/Qualifications requirements

Education: Bachelor degree, major in human resource is a plus.

Experience: 2-3 years experience in Recruitment, with MNC background will be preferable.

Personality: Proactive,optimistic, result-oriented, team-player

Language: Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
