1、管理和跟踪新产品的投产-APQP各项活动，保证项目质量指标

  

2、组织和策划所负责的新产品的质量开发并监督其有效实施，确定新产品开发所需的质量资源，包括检测设备和计量器具，校准服务，人员配置。

  

3、负责组织新产品样件的检查。

  

4、负责准备PPAP 资料。

  

5、实施新产品的工序审核。

  

6、负责识别和预防控制新产品开发中的质量问题，主导问题的分析、对策和跟踪。

  

7、理解客户标准，并策划公司内部检查指南的转化。

  

8、参与特殊特性的选择和PFMEA 的制订

  

9、编写SPC并推动SPC的落实。

  

10、编写进料零件、过程控制和成品检验的SIP

  

11、指导新项目中质检设备和计量器具的MSA分析。

  

12、量产质量人员培训。

  

13、量产质量保证，包括来料质量管控、过程质量管控和客户质量服务

  

14、其上级领导交办的其他工作。

  

工作要求：

1.本科及以上学历，理工类等工科专业；

2.熟悉IATF16949/TS16949质量体系，APQP五大工具、QC七大手法等；

3.汽车零部件行业3年以上从业经验；

4.熟悉TS16949/IATF16949质量管理体系要求；

5.熟悉APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA等五大核心工具；

6.熟悉5Why、FTA、QC七大工具等质量分析工具；

7.具备一定的质量管理知识和系统化的质量管理经验；

8.较强的质量敏感性，具备以结果为导向、以客户为导向的思维模式 ；

9.执行力和沟通协调能力强，工作态度积极主动。

Lear Foshan is the subsidiary of Lear Changchun Plant who is the JV between Lear and FAWSN Group. FAWSN Group is the subsidiary of FAW Group, one of the largest and State Owned Auto Group. Lear Foshan is to be built to produce Setting System for FAW VW and Daimler, will produce Audi A3,Golf Sportvans, and Tiger, total annual output is about RMB 700 million.
