参与研发新型复合材料，根据材料特性、客户需求开发材料检验，实验方法。

参与新型复合材料的试产，生产，管理并优化生产流程。

一、工作内容/岗位职责：

  

1.      根据公司计划，参与研发新型复合材料，完善相关文件复合质量体系要求。

  

2.      根据材料特性，客户需求开发材料检验，实验方法，并形成文件。

  

3.      根据实验标准要求，实施新旧材料的相关实验，并形成报告。

  

4.      参与新型复合材料的试产，生产，并管理并优化生产流程。

  

5.      完善新型复合材料流程规范，通过ISO9001 & IATF16949 体系审核。

  

6.      协助管理汽车隔热产品的规范化管理，推动持续改善。

  

7.      参与公司新产品的研发，新项目相关工作。

  

8.      管理公司实验室，及实验设备的校准，维护管理工作。

  9.      配合完成上司安排的其它工作

二、任职资格：

  

1.  15年以上玻璃纤维涂布技术岗位工作经验。

  

2.  熟悉玻璃纤维涂布工艺；

  

3.  熟悉国内涂布用液态硅胶主要厂家及液态硅胶特性

  

4.  熟悉涂布用液态硅胶添加剂的种类和特性

  

5.  熟悉阻燃及防火添加剂的种类和特性

  

6.  熟悉玻璃纤维布的特性等级以及玻纤布的处理工艺

  

7.      熟练使用Office 等电脑办公软件。

  

8.      能够在压力下工作，并乐于付出。

  

9.      擅于沟通，并乐于团队合作

  

10.  英文良好

1. 公司操作工严格按照法定工资计算办法计算加班费。
2. 公司按照相关规定为员工签订合同和购买社保费。
3. 公司根据自身经营情况决定是否发放大约等于员工上一年度应收总工资的十二分之一的金额作为年终奖。
