职位角色Roles & Responsibilities：

- 负责利用线性工具，开发和维护存货分析模型，完成运营计划分析

- Being responsible for utilizing the liner tools and developing and maintaining the planning model

- 以现有商务合同为基础，参与制订上、下游的供应和销售计划，并提出建议

- Participating in the set-up of the supply and sales plan of the upstream and downstream and putting forward the adjustment proposal based on the existing commercial contracts

- 基于现有商务合同及存货管理，分析相关因素可能对存货管理产生的影响，以及可能的运营潜能优化方案

- Based on the inventory management and the existing Commercial Contracts, analyzing the possible influence of related factors on the inventory level, and propose the possible operation capacity optimization scheme

- 向计划经理汇报工作，对计划经理负责

- Reporting to Planning Manager

主要职责Principal Activities：

1. 定期组织召开年度、季度、月度和周计划会议

Regularly organize and facilitate the annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly planning meetings with related departments

2. 利用线性分析工具，开发和维护计划模型，并利用其完成库存风险分析

Utilize linear analysis tools and develop and maintain the planning models, analyse the impact of the change of related factors on the inventory, and put forward the risk analysis

3. 搜集、分析各类运营数据，更新和维护运营数据库

Collect and analyse the related data to establish the operation data center

4. 根据上、下游供销计划及实际运营情况，编制年度、月度、及周的计划和运营报告

Compile the planning reports based on the supply and demand schedule between the upstream and the downstream, and the actual operation status on yearly, monthly and weekly basis

5. 获取项目运营设备的相关参数，及下游用户设备概况，以分析项目运营能力及各用户设备利用率情况及提气特征，为优化运营潜能提供数据基础

Procure the parameters in relation to the project assets and the general information of the Customers’ facilities status to analyse the project operation capacity and the facility utilization status for the Customers so as to provide the foundation for optimizing the operation facility

6. 参与每一合同年的上游年度交付计划及下游年度销售计划的制订，并从存货管理的角度给出建议

Participate in setting up the LNG annual delivery schedulee and NG annual sales plan for each Contract Year and make comments from the point of inventory management

7. 分析可能导致运营实际情况与计划之间差异产生的原因，为制定下一合同年的上游年度交付计划及下游年度销售计划提供经验和教训

Analyse the possible causes for the differences between the estimated and actual operation status to provide the reference and lessons to set up the LNG annual delivery plan and NG sales plan of the following Contract Year

8. 获取上游供应方、下游用户及公司自身的设施维修计划，分析对储罐存货水平的影响，并在必要时与相关部门协调形成调整方案

Procure the facility maintenance plan of the LNG suppliers, Customers and the Company, to analyse the possible influence on the inventory, and set up the adjustment scheme if necessary under the communication with related parties

9. 根据现有一期LNG/天然气供销合同，协助分析可能的运营潜能优化方案，包括现货采购及销售、短期供应与销售、槽车销售等，为管理层决策提供依据。

Assist to analyse the possible optimization scheme for operation facilities based on the existing supply and sales contracts, including spot cargo purchase and sales, short term cargo purchase and sales and trucking sales etc, for Executives’ decision

专业胜任能力：

1. 有一定的的经济和商务知识，具备一定的LNG行业知识

2. 熟悉LNG产业链和相关物流方面的知识

3. 能独立工作，具备数据分析处理能力

4. 工作具有前瞻性、责任心、主动性

5. 能正确处理各类保密信息

6. 良好的沟通能力及极强的团队合作技巧

7. 熟练应用计算机MS OFFICE及各类线性计划工具

8. 熟练的英语口语和书面表达能力

Competencies & Experience：

1. Be familiar with the knowledge of economy and commercial and LNG industry

2. Be familiar with the knowledge of LNG industry chain and related logistics

3. Ability to work independently, and capability of data processing

4. Being proactive, responsible, self-motivated.

5. Able to handle confidential information

6. Strong skills of coordinating, and communicating and good at team cooperation

7. Skilled with Microsoft Office and the liner planning tools

8. Fluent oral and writing in English

工作经验及教育背景要求：

1. 5年以上相关能源行业计划工作经验

2. 大学本科或以上学历

Work Experience & Education Background：

1. 5+ years of related work experience in energy industrial planning
