MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Provides technical support on customer-site


2. Ensures optimized and timely flow of repairs and accomplishes repairs at all sensor products and electronics


3. In cooperation with the Customer Service Representative prepares quotations for repairs and repair reports to customers


4. Compiles monthly repair reports to the Application Engineer and Customer Service Supervisor and includes suggestions as appropriate (i.e. in case of quality issues)


5. Provides necessary data to support the development of repair statistics


QUALIFICATIONS:


- Degree in electronics or electric automation
- Job experience in similar position desirable
- Experience in trouble-shooting and repair of electronic equipment
- Experience with electronic measurement technologies
- Good oral and written skills of local language
- Basic oral and written English skills
- IT skills
o MS-Office
o CRM (Customer Relationship Management Systems) desirable
- Team player
- Flexibility
- Reliability
- Ability to work independently
- Communication skills and customer orientation
- Willingness to travel time by time
