Responsibility：

• 咖啡种植与生豆贸易知识学习储备；
• 咖啡豆加工（烘焙、研磨、拼配、冲泡、杯测等）技术学习及深入研究；
• 咖啡豆应用技术研究与展开（支持现调饮品、RTD饮品开发）；
• 咖啡风味与口感研究；
• 咖啡产品相关的联盟合作伙伴业务支持；
• 咖啡原料供应商开发、评鉴与管理；
• 咖啡文化建设与传播。

Requirement：

• 本科或以上学历，农产或咖啡相关专业/生物学/食品科学与工程/营养与食品卫生学/轻工技术与工程/化学工程与技术等相关专业；
• 有咖啡相关行业从业经验，有咖啡种植、贸易、咖啡豆加工、咖啡饮料研究开发经验优先，有咖啡师（烘焙、品评等）资质证照者优先，有知名咖啡相关企业或者食品饮料企业从业经验优先；
• 符合食品企业从业标准；
• 性格开朗外向，沟通协调能力强；
• 对业务规划、分析及归纳、总结能力强；
• 能适应经常出差及在农产地、工厂环境下开展实验；
• 对咖啡研究有浓厚兴趣。
