1. 负责CNC车床，五轴车床等车削加工设备的日常维修工作；

2. 执行各项机床及设备机械方面的预防性维护计划，确保设备机械部分的正常可靠运行；

3. 根据机床及设备的实际运行情况和故障率的分析，不断调整和改进预防性维护计划使之更为合理；

4. 负责机床及设备的机械备件的管理，对备件提出采购申请并不断优化备件的库存；

5. 每月统计机床因机械故障造成的停机时间，并向主管提供分析报告；

6. 提供设备，工具的改进方案并加以实施，确保各项工作符合安全环保要求；

7. 在新设备安装/调试阶段为工程师提供现场协助。

1. 主要负责车削车间机械设备的日常维修及保养工作，技能能力要求偏重于机械；

2. 钳工方面，需要扎实的机械理论及实践方面的知识；

3. 熟悉机械加工设备的结构、原理，及加工工艺，懂基础的电气方面的知识；

4. 能够看懂简单的机床电气控制图，***有电工操作证；

5. 机台方面：西铁城CNC仅是附带的，CNC日常故障维修任务相对非常少，如果有这方面经验更佳，主要是Davenport（五轴机）机床，机床为Model B型（这种设备在国内非常少，很难找到有类似经验的人，这种机床电气控制相对简单，整体为机械、齿轮传动，所以要求维修人员对机械、钳工方面有丰富的经验）；
