Responsibility：

• 制定销售计划并管理销售团队，实施组织业务部门的整体销售策略；
• 制定销售预测和预算，根据预测监控销售量、收入和成本问题；
• 调整流程或重新分配资源以提高业务部门的整体绩效；
• 分析市场潜力探索新机会，以实现业务部门的销售目标；
• 监督销售支持工作，例如销售管理，客户服务，分销，发票，信贷和收款，以确保客户订单处理、调度、发票、和支付准确及时；
• 与相关职能部门合作协调，如业务中心部门、区域产品经理、RSO、销售中心、通信和市场部门，以推动业务发展；
• 建立良好的客户关系，不断地对客户的需求和反馈进行规划和理解；
• 积极参与部门团队管理。

Requirement：

• 本科以上学历，机械相关专业优先；
• 8年以上制药设备领域工作经验
• 对工业产品销售管理有深刻的理解和认识；
• 市场判断力强，市场竞争意识强；
• 能够在组织内推动和领导变革，并在快节奏的环境中工作；
• 有较强的团队合作精神，良好的沟通，谈判技巧良好。
