职位描述
1、统筹管理公司薪酬绩效相关工作,根据公司发展战略,优化薪酬绩效体系,制定薪酬、绩效管理制度,并组织实施、评估和完善;
2、研究和跟踪市场薪酬变化情况,形成薪酬分析报告,对公司薪酬策略优化予以建议,并依据市场及行业情况,进行薪资内部公平性和外部竞争力分析;
3、负责激励方案的设计、实施,效果统计及分析,以达到有效的人才激励的作用,并及时根据效果进行必要的调整;
4、根据市场变化及公司发展需要不断迭代绩效及薪资方案;
5、协助上级完成其他相关薪酬绩效激励工作。
任职要求:
1、全日制本科及以上学历,5年薪酬绩效激励相关工作经验,地产、商业服务类行业优先;
2、数字敏感度好,善于进行数据分析;
3、有大局观,抗压力强,优秀的沟通能力和逻辑思维能力,团队协作能力;
4、良好的职业操守,细致、耐心、谨慎、踏实、稳重。
