1、统筹管理公司薪酬绩效相关工作，根据公司发展战略，优化薪酬绩效体系，制定薪酬、绩效管理制度，并组织实施、评估和完善；

2、研究和跟踪市场薪酬变化情况，形成薪酬分析报告，对公司薪酬策略优化予以建议，并依据市场及行业情况，进行薪资内部公平性和外部竞争力分析；

3、负责激励方案的设计、实施，效果统计及分析，以达到有效的人才激励的作用，并及时根据效果进行必要的调整；

4、根据市场变化及公司发展需要不断迭代绩效及薪资方案；

5、协助上级完成其他相关薪酬绩效激励工作。

任职要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，5年薪酬绩效激励相关工作经验，地产、商业服务类行业优先；

2、数字敏感度好，善于进行数据分析；

3、有大局观，抗压力强，优秀的沟通能力和逻辑思维能力，团队协作能力；

4、良好的职业操守，细致、耐心、谨慎、踏实、稳重。
